About Falcon Forge

What is Falcon Forge?

Falcon Forge, LLC is a U.S. company that delivers defense acquisition training, leadership programs and the Chiron Platform in support of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's goal of building its own defense acquisition workforce.

Who do you serve?

The Ministry of Defense and defense-sector organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: acquisition officers, contracting specialists, program managers, engineers, logisticians and senior leaders. Programs are delivered under agreements with organizations rather than sold to individuals.

Where are you based?

Falcon Forge is based in Greenville, South Carolina, in the United States. Programs are delivered in the Kingdom and through the Chiron Platform online.

Programs and Courses

What programs do you offer?

Armament and Procurement (A&P) training, the General/Flag Officer and Senior Leader Transformation track, Global Engagement, and Special Acquisition Training. Details of the GO/FO and Special Acquisition Training programs are coming soon.

How is the A&P portfolio organized?

The portfolio has 685 courses across 36 functional tracks, such as contracting, logistics and program management. Every track runs through three tiers: Foundational (Level I), Intermediate (Level II) and Advanced (Level III). The catalogue page shows the count for each track and tier.

Can I see course titles and syllabi?

Track names, codes and course counts are public. Course titles, objectives and materials are available inside the Chiron Platform to enrolled organizations.

How long are the courses?

Course length varies by track and tier, from short focused modules to multi-week programs. The hours for each course are listed inside Chiron.

WarU Equivalency

What does WarU-equivalent mean?

The Warfighting Acquisition University (WarU) is the U.S. Department of War's university for the acquisition workforce. Our courses are mapped to its learning objectives and competency frameworks. Equivalency is our assessment of curriculum alignment; it is not an accreditation or endorsement by WarU or by any government.

Are the courses adapted to the Kingdom?

Yes. The courses are not American material translated into Arabic. They follow the WarU standard while using the Kingdom's institutions, context and examples, in a hybrid framework built for Saudi organizations.

The Chiron Platform

What is the Chiron Platform?

Chiron is the learning platform behind every Falcon Forge program, delivered exclusively by Falcon Forge. It handles enrollment, bilingual course delivery, assessment, certificates, workforce transcripts, qualification tracking and executive dashboards in one secure system.

How do learners get access?

Learners join with an enrollment code issued through their organization's instructor, then sign in at chiron.falconforge.org. Each person sees only what their role needs: student, instructor, administrator or executive.

What is the passing standard?

Assessments are graded on the server with an 80% mastery threshold. Learners who fall short receive remediation before they try again.

How are certificates verified?

Every certificate carries a serial number and a QR code. Anyone with the serial can confirm the holder, the course and the date on a public verification page.

Language and Delivery

Are the programs available in Arabic?

Yes. Every course is built in Arabic and English side by side, right-to-left included, and the Arabic is reviewed by native speakers.

How are programs delivered?

Through instructor-led sessions in the Kingdom combined with self-paced digital modules in the Chiron Platform, with progress tracked in one record.

Who teaches the courses?

Retired flag officers, senior government executives and experienced acquisition professionals. Our instructor network is provided by Dayton Aerospace, and you can read every instructor's profile on the Providers page.
